I’ve seen this question dozens of times on my dash, and I just want to post this for any of my followers.
If you started exercising, lost weight, and stopped getting your period, you NEED to go to a doctor. Not normal, not healthy. And if it is, they will tell you. BUT GO TO A DOCTOR
